  • Business name, email address, and phone number
  • Business address and operating hours
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Call transcripts and recordings generated by your AI assistant
  • Booking and customer data created through the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the HARK platform
  • Configure and personalise your AI assistant
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send operational communications such as call summaries and booking confirmations
  • Improve our services and develop new features

4. Caller Data

When your AI assistant handles a call, we process the caller's phone number and voice input to generate a transcript and, where applicable, create a booking. Caller data is stored securely and is accessible only to you as the business owner. We do not sell caller data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our platform, including:

  • Vapi — AI voice infrastructure
  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • Resend — Transactional email

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts and booking records are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
